Private Advanced Freediving Course
Tailored to suit your schedule, this SSI course is where you will develop advanced freediving techniques in order to enable to you to dive deeper and stay under longer. On this course you will learn advanced equalisation techniques as well as a range of breathing and mental techniques in order to allow you to feel more comfortable at depths of up to 30 metres. You will learn the science behind the sport as well as safety and rescue skills. You will also gain an insight into training for freediving, with pool training routines and schedules included.
This course takes place over three consecutive days in Sydney. It includes:
Online learning materials
Theory session with breath-work, EQ and freefall workshops
Pool session
Three ocean depth sessions
Gear hire (excluding wetsuits)
SSI Freediving certification upon completion of course requirements
Requirements:
Aged 16+
Completed Beginner Freediving Certification Course (SSI/Padi/Molchanovs etc.)
When and where?
Day 1 - Theory & Pool Sessions: 8.30am-2.30pm - UNSW Aquatic Centre, Kensington
Day 2 - Ocean Depth Sessions: 8am-1pm - The Spit, Mosman
Day 3 - Depth session (range of dates available to schedule)

You are able to reschedule your course two weeks or more prior to the booked course date, pending availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
