Komodo Freediving Liveaboard Adventure
5 days / 4 Nights
17th - 21st April 2025 & 10th - 14th October 2025
from $2,600 AUD per person
Join us as we explore UNESCO World Heritage Site, Komodo National Park on our own private boat, island hopping and diving in some of the world’s most pristine and abundant dive sites. Komodo National Park is an Indonesian Archapeligo located between Sumbawa and Flores. As a global conservation area, Komodo is home to unparalleled marine ecosystems and coral-rich blue waters framed by rugged hillsides, tropical forests and brilliant white (and pink!) sand beaches. Existing nowhere else in the world, it is also home to the largest living species of lizard - the Komodo Dragon. Komodo National Park offers some of the best diving in the world, as well as unique hiking experiences.
Arpil and October are some of the best times to visit Komodo, with calm and clear, 28 degree ocean conditions and high chances of swimming with manta rays. The coral reefs fringing the coast of Komodo are diverse and luxuriant due to the clear water, intense sunlight and rapid exchange of nutrient-rich water from deeper areas of the archipelago, which attracts a huge variety of marine life including turtles, whales, dolphins and even dugongs! Visibility is regularly 30m+ and the islands often provide shelter from swell and current, making it the perfect place to learn to freedive, or continue your freediving journey.
Komodo is as stunning on dry land as it is underwater, and we'll be taking full advantage of this fact by embarking on a number of (optional) hikes on the islands. Here, you will have the chance to see Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. These hikes offer panoramic island views of Komodo National Park from their elevated vantage points.

“The Komodo trip with Rosie was one of the best trips we have ever done! All the instructors were so knowledgeable and we got so much one on one time to do our free diving course. The boat and its crew were amazing and the food was next level. I will be recommending this trip to everyone in the future!”

“Trip of a lifetime!! I can’t praise Rosie and Eunoia Freediving highly enough after this amazing experience in the pristine waters around the Komodo islands. Impressed with how everything was so well organised down to the little details and made me feel fulfilled beyond what I had hoped for when signing up for the trip. On the trip, Rosie ensured that the trip catered to divers of all levels be it a first time diver or someone that has done all courses and just wants to be submerged into an action packed dive week with the most stunning and diverse dive sites Indonesia has to offer. The atmosphere with everybody on board equally contributed to this amazing experience and Eunoia Freediving has managed to turn a bunch of random people into a small freediving family in a matter of days. Count me in for the next trip!”
