Line Training
Where & when?
Weekends/Public Holidays: 8-10am at The Spit in Mosman
Depth session details:
A group line training session (max 4 divers) with a qualified and experienced instructor who will assist in progressing your line diving technique, breath hold, equalisation & relaxation
Depths up to 30 metres
Important note:
You must have completed a freediving course in order to participate in these sessions.
You will be sent an email with all of the information prior to your booked session.
Cancellations: You are able to reschedule your booked training session if given 7 days+ notice. In the event of bad weather cancellation, you will be given the option to reschedule or a full refund.
